At My Petssion, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as described. Here is everything you need to know about shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once it has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods such as holidays.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on many of our products — look out for the free shipping badge on eligible items. For all other products, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. We always aim to keep shipping costs fair and transparent so there are no surprises when you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package at any time. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us and we will look into it right away.
Where We Currently Ship
We currently ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding to additional countries soon — stay tuned!
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the situation quickly — including sending a replacement or issuing a full refund if needed.
Important Notes
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- During peak seasons such as Christmas and Black Friday, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address
